Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries & RTO

  • If an order is returned to us due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Unavailability of the customer

    • Refusal to accept delivery
      the order will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Re-shipping of RTO orders may require additional charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided information.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Any issues regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise any such claims.
