Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are applicable only in case of size mismatch.

  • No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.

  • The video must:

    • Start from the sealed package

    • Clearly show the product, size tag, and condition

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be approved under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • In original condition with all tags intact

    • Returned in original packaging

  • Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering will lead to rejection of the return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or offers are non-returnable.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
